Advice needed for following up with recruiter

So I interviewed for an intern role wirh the hm and it was on the 9th and it went really good. But I didn't hear back for any update last week and so I followed up to the recruiter and she said they're wrapping up interviews this week and that she should have an update by Friday (today). Still no update from their side. Should I follow up again? I really want this offer but don't want to be annoying. Should I say I have an offer deadline on Monday so if she can share an update by Monday. What do I do??? Please advice 🙏
