Need suggestions on deciding cancer hospital in Nagpur (NCI vs HCG)

We are looking for cost effective options for a ATG treatment for severe aplastic anemia patient. We need a good doctor and proper treatment for a patient, This treatment costs a bomb like cancer but still trying to look for wise cost effective options, please help in deciding which hospital to prefer from NCI and HCG in Nagpur. We are not considering AOI due to expensive treatment.kindly share your views and experience.
