Police were called twice during my stay at a hotel in Da Nang (experience report)

I am sharing my experience staying at Celina Hotel Da Nang.

The video with proofs and explanations is attached below.

First of all, I wasn't expecting five-star service — I came for a 2-month stay while waiting for my visa, which I have been processing since November.

The issue wasn't even the payment for a towel, but the way the situation was handled, the communication, and the request for a charge without any documented basis.

During my stay, there was a dispute regarding a charge for a stained towel. I was repeatedly asked to pay a fee described as “hotel policy,” but no written policy or documentation was ever provided when requested.

The situation escalated and local police were called twice during the process.

Reception staff attempted to access my room multiple times during the dispute. At one point, my belongings were moved from the room to the lobby while I was not present.

Communication with the reception was inconsistent, including repeated call disconnections and later inability to reach them.

Following the situation, I ended my stay earlier than planned.

I am posting this purely as a factual account of my experience.
