Canadian Merch Issues

Anyone in Canada received their order? We went to the Vancouver show last weekend and we still don’t have a label created for merchandise we ordered the minute it dropped. I’m pretty salty as they charged 77.00 for shipping! I think I’m going to try and cancel and get refunded. Considering the fiasco of the concert leaving us out in the rain for 1.5 hours and not starting until 10pm, this has been a a crazy ride !
