I just had an idea. Hear me out.

So, I was thinking, and had this cool idea- Right now it is possible to train ai models to do almost anything- music, text, pictures, 3d etc. What if we trained a model on datasets that are purely .bsp's? I mean there is so much community content on source games. Would it be possible? I mean data is still data, I can't think of a reason why not. What are your thoughts?
