1,000 mg of ibuprofen every 3 hours

Hey, i’m 20, i got diagnosed w an ear infection 3 days ago and have been taking 1,000 mg of ibuprofen every 3 hours (even during the night, because i wake up every 3 hours in horrific pain). I’ve been to urgent care twice and am about to go a third time today. I know taking this much ibuprofen is bad for you, but I feel like doctors aren’t taking my pain seriously and they will not give me anything stronger. I don’t know what else to do. My pain is easily an 8/10 and i’ve been getting panic attacks because the pain is so persistent and painful.

Is there any other OTC pain medication I can take? Acetometaphine isn’t helping at all (already tried 1500 mg 2x). Or is there something I can say at the urgent care that will make them take my pain seriously?
