Should I reach out?

we met in person the week before. he texted me first after the fact, that was our initial meeting just a quick walk to talk and get to know each other a bit I already had a long day working that day but he was quick to drop whatever it was he was doing and come meet me. fast forward a week later we talk regularly he asks about a picture I took at a walking spot he said he would like to check it out we make plans for the upcoming Sunday if I don’t have work I find out Saturday if I do have work or not and I let him know so he texts me Saturday night asking if I have work I miss the text and get back to him 4 hours later (I’m working) and let him know I don’t! we don’t confirm plans until the next day Sunday I reach out around 2 as it’s been all day but that’s normal he doesn’t usually get right back to me I ask if he’s still interested he said he was but he was busy be off at 5 I say that’s fine I’ll go to walking spot a little early and when he’s done he can reach out. But he never reached out. Its Been a week now and theres been no response I was the last to text so I feel weird double texting or clingy. We’ve been talking for three months but we just started getting to know each other in person and he was the one that said he was interested.
