First time season ticket holder

Hey y'all,

First time posting on this thread...

I am a lifelong Red Sox fan and it had always been a childhood dream of mine to have Red Sox season tickets. My fiancee and I decided after last minute not getting them last year that this year we would get the weekday season ticket package which is about 53 games. I was glued on twitter all offseason hoping for moves after spending so much money on season tickets hoping we would build upon the success of last year. I got into spring training pretty disappointed and alas, I am even more disappointed as we are 25 games into the season.

To all season ticket holders (mostly long time holders) what has been your experience with bad years such as this? Did you ever regret your purchase or do you continue to renew year after year because of your love of the ballpark/team?

I have had fun bringing friends and family and Fenway was and always will be my second home, but I definitely feel some buyers remorse ... Does it ever get any easier and should I stick it out year after year?

I need some encouraging words here because I'm feeling like I should've used the money for a down payment on a new car 😂
