Can your teeth be TOO mineralized?

question

I usually get pretty good feedback at the dentist, and I've been fortunate to not have any major issues yet. I have had minor gum recession in a few areas that is pretty stable now, and this last time I went, they have put "watches" on some of my deeper molar grooves where there is some staining, but they don't feel any stickiness yet. I tried to ask more questions about what I can do now that there's a watch, and they just told me to make sure I floss and not worry about it too much.

I've also noticed a few areas where my outer enamel looks a little worn away, usually around the gum line (although when I've asked the dentist about this, they've all said it's not a problem yet, not to worry about it for a few years, etc.)

I really would like to keep my teeth as long as I can though: I'm sure everybody does, but I have an acrylates allergy and celiac which could each impact my ability to get fillings in the future, so I'm trying to put off needing any fillings or anything for as long as I possibly can. I have great adherence to dental hygiene habits for this reason: I brush with flouride and floss thoroughly every day.

Because of my anxiety around possibly having limitations with feelings in the future though, I'm very willing to go above and beyond and do extra steps if there is more I can do. I've heard of Mi Paste, and I am curious if anybody can use it, or if it can be overused? Beyond taking vitamins and regular brushing, are there any extra steps that can make a difference for people that really do follow through and stick with the extra steps?
