Using Aqara tilt sensor as garage door open (and if it stayed open) detector

Hey all - I want to use this tilt (vibration) sensor to let me know when the garage door opens or closes - but more importantly if it STAYS open.

I have successfully configured it to send me a notification for when tilt is detected (opening or closing).

What I am having trouble finding though in the automation setup is this:

Tilt detected AND tilted for 10 minutes

I only see an alert delay time, not a "condition met for X" time.

Basically I want it to tell me if it's been tilted for 10 minutes but not send me anything if it was tilted for 1 minute but then put back upright after.

I hope that makes sense. Basically just look for "condition met for X minutes" option
