Does Nekki just ignore critism?

This game literally has the potential to be the best mobile fighter ever, yet their dev team just had all the wrong priorities. Making overpowered wepons and characters to make people leave the game, they lose money by making people quit. If any dev sees this, please consider replacing your whole balancing team and focus on rewarding players and making cool cosmetics for money.

I just dont get the business strategy.
