Day 3 - it’s getting weird already

- This happened the last time I did the gateway tapes too, but in focus 10 I get really really shaky, like my head is shaking uncontrollably? It is light at some points and kinda intense at others..

- I was seeing eyes ?? Behind my closed eyes, I was seeing very very faint images of eyes for a few seconds at a time before it faded out

- I felt this weird sensation along the left side of my face, like very light pressure on the top left of my head but nothing was there. It felt like faint touch but I’m alone

- I’ve been having weird dream.. I won’t go into too much detail but in my first dream on day 1, I was walking in this hallway with all these white doors and saw… some people going at it ?? I don’t watch anything sexual or have any desires like that. Last night, a lot of my dreams were about going somewhere. In one I was being driven around this new neighborhood, in another I was on a train/subway

This is weird but super cool
