Why do people say “your kids will look like you” as an argument against plastic surgery?

Like I always wonder why that matters anyways or if a situation like this has ever happened, but still why would that matter anyways? Even if the kid ends up being insecure couldn’t they get plastic surgery too if they so choose? Like it’s their body who cares.
