Trusting God when you don’t understand the season you’re in

I’ve been reflecting lately on how difficult it can be to trust God in seasons that don’t make sense.

It’s easy to say we trust Him when things are going well, but when life feels uncertain or heavy, it becomes a lot more real.

Proverbs 3:5–6 has been on my mind:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

I’m learning that trusting God isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about continuing to walk with Him even when I don’t.

One thing that’s helped me is slowing down, spending time in Scripture, and just being honest in prayer instead of trying to have the “right” words.

I’m still growing in this.

How has God helped you trust Him more in seasons that didn’t make sense? 🙏
