High mileage 435D X Drive

Looking at a 435d X Drive with 107k miles on the clock. Anything to be aware of other than service history? It's been a while since I've been in the BMW camp (E46 330ci last) and I'm trying to avoid the situation I've found myself in with my Land Rover. Thanks in advance :)
