Self made landlord 29yo AMA

I grew up on food banks, throughout my teens and early 20s all ive every done was work my ass off. I was kicked out at 18 and went through a homeless period but maintained a job. got an appartment then saved every penny i could. the first house I bought i was 24 years old it was a duplex 5hrs away from me, i did a ton of research in real estate investing and I knew I had something special. currently the house cash flows, while keeping rent under market value (the average person deserves a break too) I dont increase rent every year and I address issues immediately. id be happy to answer any questions
