Help with UTI

Hello! I’m an 18 year old female and on Monday had intercourse with a partner. I’m not exactly sexually active and that was the first ‘real’ time I’ve genuinely done something like that. I’m sparing the details but I’d say Tuesday afternoon I started experiencing UTI like symptoms (burning after peeing) and needing to urinate more often. I don’t have any other symptoms alongside randomly getting the urge to go much more frequently and the burning. My mother doesn’t know I’m sexually active so I can’t exactly get taken to a clinic to test if I’m actually positive for a UTI and need antibiotics. Is there any way I can go to a clinic by myself or do something online to know?
