Where to even start?

Hey everyone! I’ve been wanted to start playing guitar for a longgg time but just simply don’t know where to start. My work schedule is kinda tough to work around since I’m usually 6 days a week with a different shift every day. Y’all got any recommendations on where to start and how to work on dexterity? I appreciate any input :)
