UAV engineer recruitment offer 423rd "Scythian Griffins"

I'm 58, a hands-on plastic/metal/3DP product developer, with electronics/microcontroller experience, and 3D CAD knowledge, having been in the southern/eastern front regions for an equipment supply NGO several times since 2023. Do you think this is a good unit and recruitment offer where I might fit for the long term, or is my age a problem? Cheers!
