U11 X1 heated seats

So according to my build sheet, my car is wired for the heated seats, and heated steering wheel and has the heating elements. But the window sticker did not have the package to include it. I have the 2023 US model that was during the awkward subscription fiasco. So I cannot activate them in the connect drive menu. My parts guy talked to bmw USA and they confirmed it has all the elements and service should be able to activate it. Service called in and talked to the rep who said it’s not possible. Bimmercode doesn’t have but 2 options for the x1. Does anyone have any insights or ideas for me to activate the heated seats? Or am I just SOL?
