Women who dumped their ex, at what point did you regret if you did and start to miss them?

my ex of 3 years broke up with me 2 weeks ago. she said her feelings faded and she never recovered form our first breakup which i initiated. i treated her well and she said she was sorry because there was nothing i did to cause it. she also told her bestfriend that. she told me she doesn’t know about future and all that bs. we are no contact and are distance for school but she comes back next week and when we broke up we schedule to meet one on one the week she’s comes back. What stage is she likely at? she also asked her friend a few days ago if i’m still talking to her and how im doing and stuff. (ps ik she’s not hooking up or there’s another guy in the picture, she’s got good morals and i’m her first everything, not tryna be optimistic but wanted to point that out)
