what does nine of pentacles and ten of cups mean

whenever i do a reading about this one guy, i get nine of pentacles and ten of cups almost every single time. both upright and reversed. surely this means something right? i just don’t know what it means….

i think it might mean that us having a fulfilling relationship is around the corner and that i’ve done all that i can so far to receive it…. idk tho 😬😬
