I think they’re brushing over this fact. Amanda came into the show and introduced her man as her fiancé. Then as part of her wannabe storyline, she is planning for their extravagant wedding to be one husband and wife.

Girl, he’s your husband RIGHT NOW. Yet you’re calling him your fiancé all season! Just do you can talk about helicoptering in as he rides in on a horse to get attention.
