URI possibly causing GI symptoms.

History of ibs, migraines, bipolar, autism, ocd

Recent diagnoses acute bacterial rhinosinusitis, upper respiratory infection, and acute viral syndrome.

I got back from urgent care a few hours ago. And forgot to mention my GI symptoms. Vomiting, almost nonstop nausea, diarrhea and bad gas/bloating. Is this something I need to go back for/follow up with or is it related to th URI. They put me on bromphen and doxycycline. Is it a stomach infection
