Got my offer!

Just want to quickly share my experience.

I started using Hiring Cafe at the beginning of Jan 2026. I accepted an offer in mid-April. I applied to 510-ish roles across Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Revenue Analyst, Operations Manager, and Marketing Analyst. My process is like this.

Type in the job titles I fit.

Select Remote only.

Remove keywords I don't want to see in the JD, like intern, director, etc. Also for technical words. But I still have a hard time using the keyword filter.

Sort by most recent and Save as.(People shared always applied within 24 hours to get seen)

Then each morning I go through my title list. I sometimes apply at night so I can see new jobs posted after my first batch from the morning. I tried to apply to 10 jobs a day, but sometimes I just can't. Don't beat yourself up.

From 1-400 applications, I only used one resume. I got 5 callbacks. After that, I used Claude and got 3 call backs. 3 went to finals, 1 offer.
