Exmark, Ferris, Badboy - 6 acres mostly flat

Hi everyone,

Title pretty much. All 3 are within service range. My lot is 6 acres total, all flat, bumpy in some spots but getting it graded this fall to be smooth. 1 acre is retention pond so either have to do it slow or get my teeth rattled from my head. I'd like to buy something that can mow it in 2 hours tops, less is more desirable. Budget is 10-15k.

First, is this a realistic budget? I see tons of options within it from the dealers around me

Second, I'm leaning Exmark based on reddit research, but wanted a fresh take for my situation. What says the hive mind??

Thanks
