Alumawood patio gutter cleaning

Hi, I have this alumawood patio cover that is clogged probably never cleaned by previous owner and with the recent storm saw the water flooding from both the sides. https://imgur.com/a/qgNXszb

The access is so narrow that i can use leaf blower or clean by hand so thinking of taking the entire ftont gutter cover down. How heavy is that? Can obe person easily put it back? Thank you.
