Help on importing mesh file

So I tried to Import a mesh file using XPS TOOL and still doesn't find it. I even 7zipes the mesh file out of the original file. The file I extract even says .mesh(numbers) and still the xps tool doesn't find anything.

I'm very sure the tool has been implemented correctly bec when I go to import the last option is XNALARA/XPS - XNA model(.ascnii/.mesh/.XPS).
