[TOMT][CARTOON][2000s-2010s] Kids cartoon about a ship that is an amusement park with coins/tokens (pennies)

Hi, I’m trying to remember a cartoon I watched as a kid. I don’t remember much, but there was a regular sea ship and for some reason it had something like a luna park / amusement park on it. Characters were walking around and using coins or tokens, like playing games or machines. It was definitely a kids cartoon, probably something educational or simple. Not Disney or anything popular. Also I have a feeling it might have been some kind of stop motion style, but I’m not completely sure. It could even be just one episode from a series.
