After harvest green beans taking their toll.

Does anyone know if nick ,S&W roasters have ever put in the description, when they first got a particular coffee in and what year was harvest ? In altitudes? I really love his coffee's, but as I look back on some of them, they go back sometimes as far as four years after the harvest ? I'm concerned that the green beans have to be deteriorating at some point ?
