MTHFR and AuDHD

Diagnosed with AuDHD and take lose dose stimulants daily. I have Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and OCD tendencies. Genesight result shows heterozygous for C677T. Doc prescribed me 15 mg 5-MTH.

The 5-MTH is extremely activating for me to the point it’s uncomfortable combined with my stimulant (Adderall).

Any recommendations on dosage and further testing on other possible deficiencies?
