So you're a college/uni aged student who's submitted the forms for a room in a dorm too late?

Or, don't make enough at your job to cover bills?

Any FEMALES looking for real cheap rent in a nice home? Nice area, quiet and relaxed?

\*\*Well good news for you!\*\*

There's a room for rent at dirt cheap price, yes! You heard that right, \*\*dirt cheap\*\*. Well what do you get?

\*\*A full floor with a full bath\*\*

\*\*Living room\*\*

\*\*2 bedrooms\*\*

\*\*Large full walk in attic\*\*

And the best landlord ever! 😁

Now you must be thinking, "what's the catch?" Maybe it's with your new roomie but that can't be right. He seems like a good person, middle aged, business owner, single, no commitments, likes cooking and watching TV shows and so much more. To your eyes he seems very normal and almost npc like behaviour.

What's hidden to your eyes and everyone else's is the fact that deep down he's tired of being single, and what better way than to get some prime options by renting out her extra room to someone . He also just happens to know a way into a woman's heart, which is of course GREAT multi orgasmic oral sex, pampering, good cock and attention and love when needed, the kind of love a father would give.

So if you're interested,  I'm looking for my new roomie ;)
