URGENT: Injured street dog near deen dayal chowk. need help/rescue

There’s a street dog in my area with a severely broken leg (dangling) for about a week now. He is in pain and unable to walk properly.

I’m not able to take him to a vet myself, but I can share exact location and help coordinate.
