Please help my kitty!

somebody PLEASE HELP ME! My cat is dying from a VERY aggressive infection of heart worms that r just blowing through all the standard treatments, I’m in east Texas and just started a training course for a new job and I can’t afford another vet visit right now… I did however, manage to get a local animal hospital to agree to fill a prescription for me for an equally aggressive heart work treatment… but it is $38 more than I have! Can ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME WITH $38!? I don’t want to lose my best friend over $38! She is my world and I love her and I need some help! PLEASE! I have cashapp if that helps
