AECOM hiring process

I had an interview with AECOM for the intern position last Tuesday (4/14) and now its 4/24 but i haven't heard back. Does that mean that I get rejected? The interview went pretty nice and smooth(we went through my resume and they explained about what I would do as an intern). They even mention about the offer letter at the end of the call. I am rly worried because its been more than a week. Do I still have chance?
