HRs behaving like they are paying my bonus from their own pocket, i am in money crunch

I have been following up reg the bonus since past 3 months which I was to receive with HRs and they don’t respond at all. I have been mailing and they just ignoring these mails, i call them but they don’t respond, i ask another person but they don’t help either. I am kind of frustrated, i am i need of that bonus and in money crunch right now. Btw all the salaries and other stuff is professional and done on time, but this bonus is being delayed and no communication at all from their side however many times i mail/ msg them on slack. I dropped a mail this week, no response, I’m gonna drop another mail monday mentioned few more HRs in the same mail, hopefully i get reply. Its like im begging for my own money and idk why HRs are acting like they are paying from their own pocket.
