*Wisco pushed passed King Halo om the final stretch, her breath hitching and burning in her lungs as her legs gave everything they had to give*

***She's right there!!!***

*The tail of Forever Young was just within reach as the two blazed through the dirt surface towards the finish. Wisco dug deep to find anything she could inside to catch the uma just ahead. Her arms cut through the air infront of her, veins felt like they pumped battery acid through her body...but the distance didnt shrink!*

*Lights flashed as the finishline captured the story of the race. Yanko had beaten thr country girl by 1 1/4 lengths as she threw her hands in the air to the crowd, her glasses shining in the sun and her tie swaying in the wind as she trotted to a stop before the elated audience.*

*Wisco settled to a stop resting her hands on her knees as she tried to catch her breath, her chest aflame as she wiped some sweat from her face.*

***She's the real deal...thats who I have to beat!***

***\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\****

*The trophy was glistening from its spot at Yanko's feet next to her as the top finishers took to the podium for pictures before the winning live. Wisco couldn't help but see her own reflection in the side of the prize.*

***I was close...but close only counts in Horseshoes and Hand grenades....***

*Wisco looked up at Forever Young and shook her hand with a smile.*

Great race Yanko, I'll catch ya one day!
