Thoughts on stronglight chainring set

I found this used Stronglight 53-39T 130mm BCD Chainring set for $10 + shipping. The seller says they're in good condition and it's cheap.

I've never heard of the company. Any thoughts are appreciated. Most importantly, will it fit my Ultegra crankset?
