didn’t expect to like my corolla this much

12th Gen (18-present)

i originally bought my corolla just because i needed something cheap and reliable for commuting. no excitement, no plans to keep it long term. just a “get me from A to B” car. but after about a year… it kinda grew on me. it always starts, doesn’t complain, fuel economy is solid, and honestly it’s way less stressful than some of the cars i had before. i even took it on a 900 km road trip recently and it handled it way better than i expected

now i’m at the point where i’m thinking about keeping it long term instead of upgrading

anyone else end up liking their corolla way more than they thought they would?
