Co Parent refuses to sign birth certificate after 8 years.

Hey guys, as the title suggests my daughter’s father won’t sign her birth certificate and she’s 8 years old.

I’ve tried having a million conversations over the years and it always comes back to no.

He knows the child is his, he’s never questioned it. I’ve agreed to do private collection for child support.

What are my next steps? He refuses mediation.
