infinite bios flashing

hey guys, I've got a MSI b550m pro vdh wifi mobo and a ryzen 5 5600 along with all other parts installed. Fans spin when powered on but CPU LED light is on so no POST. BIOS flashing also doesn't work on some old 8gb drove I have with fat32 and MSI.ROM file and I'm out of options. Need this up and running as quickly as possible. Any solutions? Thanks
