2 TIN issue need help

I have a TIN that i'm using since 2014 (RDO transferred multiple times already. All my 2316 bore that TIN.

Now, i noticed on the egov PH app, w/c i recently signed up to, that my digital TIN doesnt match the one i have. The digital TIN showing shows TIN ID issue date of Apr 2026.

I checked Revie - the digital TIN on egov ph app is showing in Revie. But my old TIN(the one i know) is not showing

Any one encountered the same?
