Got into car accident and other insurer’s offer feels low

Auto Insurance

Car accident happened in TN. The other person was in one of those small spots in between grass medians, on a four lane where two lanes are opposite direction of traffic. She hit the driver side as I was traveling in one of the lanes. She received a citation, I did not. The vehicle belongs to my disabled mom and I was taking her to a wound care appointment. Her insurance (State Farm) accepted liability, deemed the vehicle (2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo with 49k miles) as a total loss and offered $9,600. I asked for a valuation report and the comparable vehicles were either base models or 30k miles or more over. I tried to dispute the valuation report but two of the three local comparable vehicles I could find were CarMax and SF said they don’t accept those as comparable. The third vehicle I found was $15,000 and still 18k miles over the loss vehicle. I don’t know what to do as far as comparable vehicles, and I’m having issues finding the true value since there aren’t comparable vehicles in my local market. We’re not expecting to get a brand new car, but I don’t understand how she wouldn’t be entitled to the money to replace the vehicle with a similar base and mileage since it was their policyholder’s fault. Any advice would be appreciated
