UNIx Gold Credit Card BOB - UPI OTP Issue

I recently got a UNIx Gold Credit Card VISA and Rupay both.

However, when trying to setup m-pin for UPI transactions. I am not at all getting any OTP.

Is there anyone who has faced this issue and got a fix?

The customer service is pathetic.

The app is even worse than SBI Yono
