Hello. I'm hoping to get some advice regarding these quotes I've received. Thank you in advance!

We are making improvements on our home and one of the furnaces has gone out. Because the entire system is over 20 years old, we've been advised to replace everything. We do not currently have an A/C unit, but would like to add one to the upstairs system.

I'm new to HVAC repair/replacement , etc. and I'm hoping to make a somewhat educated decision.
