In the battle for super alloy city the scene where gen and senku was saved by taiju after he shielded both of them from the grenade amazes me

In the beginning taiju was the first person senku revived not just because he was super handy to senku but also because he knew what kind of person taiju is, and how much he trusts him, and how he was the best person to revive for his plan to revive civilization, because he knew how kind he was and how caring he was, and despite senku being a genius and genuinely had other people he could revive, he chose taiju BECAUSE he was his besto-friendo. And that he can always count on him.

Taiju's trust in senku was so great in the finale of part of the super alloy city, that he knew without his best friend, nothing could be possible and he knew that senku would surely try to save everyone, he even saved tsukasa, so he was 10 billion% sure he'll save him, if he protects senku.
