My name is Tina. I’m a Post Production Producer at Vitro Agency.

Before producing, I spent 8+ years working hands-on in post as a video editor and colorist, so I genuinely understand the craft and what it takes to make good work happen. That background shapes how I work with freelancers. Clear notes, realistic timelines, and respect for your time.

Vitro has been around for 30+ years, and we work across a pretty wide mix of clients and formats. Everything from broadcast and CTV to social, digital, and live event content. So the work is always varied.

Right now, I’m expanding our freelance roster and looking to connect with solid post talent across the board:

• Video Editors
• Colorists
• Motion Designers
• VFX Artists / Compositors
• Sound Designers / Mixers

Bonus points if you’ve worked in advertising, but not required.

Location: Remote (must be US-based for now)
Rates: Typically ~$85–$100/hr DOE. We typically scope projects hourly, but are open to day rates depending on the job.
