How to stop worrying about a conflict with a toxic mother?

Hi everyone. I have a toxic mom, as you might have guessed from the title. For as long as I can remember, our communication has always consisted of hysterics over the tiniest things. I don't want to go into details, I think those who have experienced this will understand.

Things are much better now. I study far away, I moved away from her, and she rarely throws tantrums on the phone anymore. But sometimes it still happens. For example, right now she got upset over some reason. I don't want to go into details, the reason is extremely stupid, as usual. She has been ignoring me all day, meaning she doesn't answer my calls or messages.

I fully understand that none of this is actually bad for me. She will calm down soon and forget about it. If she hadn't gotten upset over this reason, she would have gotten upset over another one. But I still can't stop thinking about it. I worry a lot. I constantly think about it. I can't stop hating her for it. Because of this, I can't function normally, can't talk to my friends normally, can't study normally, can't do anything normally. In the end, trying to get rid of these thoughts just sends me into hysterics and I cry non stop. And I know that everything in life depends on our attitude toward it. If I could just not care like a normal person and move on, nothing bad would happen. Everything would be fine. But no matter how hard I try, I can't do it.

Those of you in a similar or identical situation, how do you cope? How do you learn to not care?
