Doordash Crimson is just broken for me?

I saw they're now utilizing 10% cash back on gas for Crimson, which is wayyy higher than the 3% I have on my credit card, so it actually convinced me to get it. But trying to tab into it (through Earnings, then payout details) to set it up reveals a blank screen. I put in my code, then just... Nothing. Blank screen. Setting it as a payment method also does nothing.

It was like this ever since I started dashing, but now that I actually want the card it's definitely frustrating. Wtf do I do? I know support is gonna be useless so maybe you guys know lol
