What should be the course of action for me?

I joined one IT Company back in March 2025 (CTC-4.5 LPA) and 1 year completed last month.

The time period includes the initial 2 month unpaid internship. Then 3 months training period with stipend 19900 (after 10% TDS deduction).

Today at the end of the appraisal cycle-my ratings, increment and scope of growth here looks far off from what I expected.

No actual work was assigned after the full time role started and I feel I didn't even get the chance to showcase my performance. And now for some unknown reason there is a chance that I could be placed in PIP whereas other guys who were working the same if not better than me got good remarks.

Now in the LOI, I signed during the onboarding there was a 2 years employment bond mentioned (2 lakhs if failed to complete the tenure). However, no cheque or legal bond was signed.

Now I have an offer for an AI based role with a pretty good company (6 LPA permanent WFH).

Will the bond be an issue if I decide to switch because I don't think I will be able to work in my current company wholeheartedly after what I faced today?
